Every Piece of Us books are made to order and personalized— each one is printed from the specific photos, notes, voice memos, and videos your guests submit for your wedding. Because a finished book can't be resold or restocked, our policy is different from a typical retail return policy. Questions? Email support@everypieceofus.com.
No returns on personalized goods
Once your curator finalizes the book and it's sent to print, the order is custom-manufactured for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind. This is standard for personalized, made-to-order products. Please review your contributions with your curator before finalizing.
Cancel before the book is finalized
You can cancel and receive a full refund any time before your curator finalizes the book — at that point nothing has been printed. For the Live Wall, you can cancel for a full refund any time before your wedding date. To cancel, email us from the address on your account.
Print defects & shipping damage — free reprint
We stand behind the quality of every book. If your book arrives with a printing defect (misprint, binding error, missing or misordered pages) or shipping damage, email support@everypieceofus.com within 30 days of deliverywith a few photos of the problem. We'll reprint and reship a corrected copy at no charge — no need to ship the damaged one back. This is a reprint, not a cash refund.
What isn't covered
- Damage that happens after delivery (water, tearing, normal wear and tear).
- Change of mind, or dissatisfaction with content your guests chose to submit, after the book has been finalized.
- Defects or damage reported more than 30 days after delivery.
The Live Wall (digital)
The Live Wall is a digital product with no physical shipment. It's refundable up to your wedding date; on or after the wedding date it has been delivered and is non-refundable.
