Shipping & Delivery

How and when you receive each product depends on what you ordered. The Book is a physical hardcover that ships to you; the Live Wall is digital and available immediately.

The Book

Your hardcover book is printed and shipped by our print partner, Lulu. Because the book is built from the memories your guests contribute, the timeline starts when your curator finalizes the book — not at the moment of purchase.

• Delivery estimate: approximately 4 weeks after your curator finalizes the book (printing plus transit).
• Shipping cost:included in the one-time price of the Book — there's no separate shipping charge at checkout.
• Where we ship:the United States. If you need to ship elsewhere, email us before you finalize and we'll let you know whether we can accommodate it.
• Tracking: once your book leaves the printer we email you a tracking link, and it appears on your event page.

You won't see the contents before it arrives — that's the surprise. You can follow the print and shipping status (queued → in production → shipped → delivered) from your event dashboard.

The Live Wall

The Live Wall is a fully digital product — there is nothing to ship. It's available immediately after purchase: you get a private QR code and link to share with your guests, the on-screen slideshow runs at your venue on a display you provide, and the digital gallery is yours to keep for 12 months after your wedding.

The Book + Live Wall bundle

With the bundle, the Live Wall is available immediately and the Book follows the same ~4-week-after-finalize timeline described above.

If your book arrives damaged, we'll reprint and reship it free — see the Refund Policy for details, and email support@everypieceofus.com within 30 days of delivery.
