Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Every Piece of Us. By creating an account or completing checkout, you agree to them. Questions go to support@everypieceofus.com.

What we offer

Three products today:

• The Book ($149) — a hardcover keepsake assembled from contributions guests submit before your wedding.
• The Book + Live Wall ($199, $29 savings) — the Book plus the day-of Live Wall slideshow and digital gallery.
• The Live Wall ($79) — the day-of slideshow at the venue and the digital gallery the couple keeps afterward.

All prices are in USD. We may update pricing for new sign-ups; existing orders are honored at the price you paid.

Personal use

Every Piece of Us is for personal wedding and event purposes. You may not resell access, redistribute the printed book commercially, or use the Live Wall to host or display content outside the scope of a single wedding/event.

Content responsibility

You and your guests are responsible for the content you upload. You confirm that:

• You have the right to share the photos, writings, voice memos, and videos you submit.
• You have permission from any identifiable person who appears in those photos or recordings.
• The content doesn't infringe copyright, defame anyone, or violate applicable law.

We retain the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law and to refuse to print content we believe shouldn't be printed (e.g. content that violates Lulu's content guidelines).

The printed Book

Hardcover books print and ship through our fulfillment partner, Lulu. Standard delivery is approximately four weeks after your curator finalizes the book. The Book has a minimum page count of 24 pages; if you don't have enough contributions to hit that threshold by your wedding date, contact us to discuss options.

If your printed book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email us within 30 days with photos of the problem and we'll reprint and reship at no charge. Damage caused after delivery (water, tearing, normal wear) isn't covered.

The Live Wall

The Live Wall is a real-time service that depends on guest phones, the venue's cellular/Wi-Fi coverage, and a display you provide at the venue (TV, projector, etc.). We don't guarantee service over weak venue connectivity or compatibility with every projector or smart-TV browser. We recommend testing the slideshow URL on the venue display at least a few days before the event.

Live Wall photos and posts are deleted twelve (12) months after your wedding date. Download anything you want to keep before then — once deletion runs, content can't be recovered. There is no curator moderation on the Live Wall by design; anything a guest captures appears immediately, and we reserve the right to remove posts that violate these terms.

Payment, refunds, and cancellation

Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. By completing payment you authorize the charge.

Refund policy.The Book is a personalized, made-to-order product. You may cancel and receive a full refund any time before your curator finalizes the book (for Book and Bundle SKUs) or before your wedding date (for Live Wall only). Once the book has been finalized and sent to print it is custom-manufactured for you and is non-refundable. If your book arrives with a printing defect or shipping damage, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll reprint and reship a corrected copy at no charge (a reprint, not a cash refund). Chargebacks.If a dispute is opened on a charge we believe to be valid, we'll respond to it with the order record. If you have a question about a charge, please email support@everypieceofus.com first — it's faster than a chargeback and we want to make it right.

Service availability

We provide the service on a best-effort basis. We may occasionally take it down for maintenance and rely on third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, Loops, Lulu, Vercel) whose availability is outside our control. We don't offer a uptime SLA for the Book or Live Wall products.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. emotional value of a missing keepsake, lost wedding-day moments).

Account ownership and deletion

Your account, your wedding event, your contributions, and your live wall posts belong to you. You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@everypieceofus.com; see the Privacy Policy for what gets removed and what we have to retain for financial recordkeeping.

Changes to these terms

When we update these terms materially, we'll bump the “Last updated” date at the top and notify active account holders by email before the change takes effect for existing orders. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Every Piece of Us is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
